Currently shaping the future of rapid commerce at Flipkart, I work at the intersection of strategy, supply chain design, and execution. I’ve led initiatives that scaled Operations (Darkstores Warehouses) and Categories like Fruits & Vegetables, Chiller and Frozen products. Optimizing costs and Executing 0-to-1 business charters such as Monetization through existing assets. These experiences have reinforced my passion for practical problem-solving in fast-paced ecosystems. I hold a PGDM (Batch ’24) from SPJIMR, where I honed my strategic thinking and developed a deep understanding of supply chain management through rigorous coursework, live industry projects, and national case competitions (Amazon ACE, Optum Stratethon). Prior to my MBA, I worked with Deloitte Consulting, driving Oracle ERP transformations for global clients and enabling sharper forecasting and procurement efficiency. My career began at Vedanta Ltd, where I experienced the impact of on-ground operations and continuous improvement, reducing rejections and extending equipment life through predictive maintenance. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, I bring an operator’s mindset to every strategic discussion.
