Senior Executive – Legal at Cashify, specializing in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, partnership and reseller contracts, API integration agreements, lease deeds, and addendums. At Cashify, I support diverse business operations spanning product purchase, device leasing, refurbishment, resale, and B2B partnerships, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across all engagements. Prior to joining Cashify, I worked with Decimal Technologies, a leading fintech solutions provider, where I was responsible for managing end-to-end legal documentation, including vendor agreements, OEM authorizations, master service agreements, and data privacy/compliance documents to support API-based fintech integrations and enterprise partnerships. Earlier, through internships at Hitachi India Pvt. Ltd. and Innovatus Law, I gained hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, and pre-hearing preparations, which sharpened my analytical and litigation-support skills. I hold an LL.B.(Hons.) from Amity Law School, Mohali, and a B.Com from Kurukshetra University, enabling me to bridge legal and commercial perspectives effectively. I am passionate about delivering business-oriented legal solutions and contributing to Cashify’s vision of sustainability, innovation, and compliance in the device lifecycle ecosystem.
