I am a tech enthusiast person who is a Mechanical Maintenance coordinator by profession and a Fitness trainer, Social media influencer by passion. I have to admit that I have made use of updated technologies more towards my passion for endorsing myself, my movies and my content on social media than at my workplace. This promotion and campaigning of course did give me a sort of recognition & publicity, yet I have always had the guilt of not being successful in my career life and regret that I didn't endorse my brand professionally. As there is a saying " what we learn never goes waste" I have learnt a few things out of my passion which helped me later professionally too- Communication skills - Listening skills- Convincing & negotiation skills - Interpersonal skills- Content creation ( photography + videography, use of social media for promoting brands related to fitness like gym wear, supplements etc )- Carrying out public relations activities - Carrying out promotional activities and more. Working for 4+ years as a mechanical Maintenance coordinator my major responsibilities includes: Ensuring Maintenance activities are proactively coordinated including contractor & vendor management within the area of responsibilities of Employee. Managing the budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements as well as upgrading the maintenance emergency stock list at times. Gathering Quotation from multiple vendors, negotiating prices and coming up with the best by considering both quality and price for the benefit of the Industry. Analyzing breakdowns, diagnosing faults and supervising time-critical equipment repairs. Researching, planning and managing the purchase of required tools and parts of machinery as per the budget, time and industry requirements. Contacting suppliers to ensure that all drop-ship purchase orders were received and that deliveries will ship on time. Responsible for the accurate entry, proofing, maintenance and submission of purchase orders based on customer & Company’s request, stock replenishment and management direction. Maintain a superior level of accuracy while creating and verifying Purchase Order information including proper product costing, shipping instruction, expediting etc. Communicate professionally and courteously directly with suppliers in relation to order procession as required to resolve issues and receive order Acknowledgement. Participating in project meetings to provide updates and status of document Submitting.
