I am a Technical Team Lead / C# Developer at Siemens with a total experience of 10+ years. My expertise is in application development, Library development, Tool Development using Microsoft.Net technologies. Currently I am leading a team of 6, where we develop the Library for MTP standard called The SIMATIC Process Function Library which offers function blocks and faceplates for SIMATIC TIA Portal Engineering and WinCC Unified monitoring & control. Furthermore, dedicated functions for the Modular Type Package (MTP) engineering based on VDI/VDE/ NAMUR 2658 are an essential part of the library. My responsibilities involve deriving Features from the abstract requirement, sharing the technical details with the development team and helps the team to realize the feature. I also contribute as an individual Developer and develop core functionality required to fulfil the customer requirement. I plan the development sprint cycle and delegate the work to team members. I am also responsible to present the functionality implemented by development team to system test, documentation team and product management. I closely work with Product Owner in requirement elicitation and develop prototypes to demonstrate the requirement. I also support my organization in conducting technical job interviews regularly.
