About Harshitha Pasala

With a master's degree in Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from GITAM University, I have a strong foundation and application of data science, machine learning, and business intelligence. As a Senior Data Analyst in the transportation department at Walmart, I use my data analytics, statistics, and programming skills to create impactful projects and reports for managerial decision-making. I have successfully developed a dashboard to monitor and optimize the transportation network performance, using Python, Tableau, and SQL. I have also conducted a comprehensive analysis of the drivers hours and service, using PowerBI and scripting. Additionally, I have partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate multiple data sources, generate business insights, and align with the company's goals and objectives. I am passionate about finding relationships with numbers and creating meaningful dashboard stories from them. I have a great attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach to work. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to enhance my data visualization and analysis skills, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights with others.
