As an HR Specialist at IntouchCX, I oversee the Human Resources Department, managing the day-to-day functions of recruitment, training, attendance, discipline, and employee relations. I also plan and administer various HR programs, such as staffing, compensation, career development, employee assistance, employment equity, and affirmative action, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and industry practices. I have a Master of Commerce degree in International Business from Mount Carmel College, where I gained a strong foundation in HR-related strategies and operations, as well as international business concepts and practices. I have successfully developed and implemented HR-related strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and vision of IntouchCX, as well as contributed to the improvement of HR processes and systems. I have also demonstrated proficiency in HR reporting and data analytics, using various tools and platforms to generate insights and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. I am passionate about building a high-performance culture, fostering employee engagement and satisfaction, and supporting the growth and development of the organization and its people.
