Quizzer till 20. Writer till 25. Civil Services Faculty now. Knowledge seeker till the end. I have always been fond of knowing things. Things that make us more aware; more aware about our choices, more aware about the world that we live in, more aware about the society and more aware about our rights. This fascination for knowing and sharing knowledge attracted me towards quizzing during my college days. If you keep a track of national newspapers’ editorials or magazines such as Competition Success Review, chances are that you may have read some articles written by me, under someone else’s byline, making me a ‘Ghostwriter’ at a stage of my life where getting paid for my writing was more important than getting the credit for the article. My love for knowledge paved the way for the 2-year Teach for India fellowship in 2012 wherein I was responsible for shaping the lives of 2nd grade students at a municipal school in West Delhi. My 38 kids from that school are now all set to write their class 12th exam and I couldn’t be any prouder! After trying my luck at the Civil Services exam for a couple of years, I decided to bring together the things I love to make a career out of it – seeking knowledge & sharing knowledge! Thus since 2016, I have been working as Civil Services faculty at some of the most reputed institutes in India including Byju's, Vajirao & Reddy IAS academy and Unique Shiksha. My areas of expertise include Political Science, International Relations, Governance and World History. My primary purpose of being here at LinkedIn is in line with my belief that most people around us form opinions from a position of lack of awareness rather than from a position of awareness. I am thus here to make people aware, and not influence them!
