As an engineering graduate from Vellore Institute of Technology with over five years of experience in the steel industry, I’ve developed a well-rounded expertise in customer-oriented functions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production Planning. During my tenure at JSW Steel Ltd, I’ve worked on a variety of strategic initiatives, from optimizing sourcing contracts and revitalizing the PSU division to driving profitability through financial modeling for major CAPEX projects. My growing interest in finance has led me to pursue the CFA credential. This academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of financial analysis and investment strategies, which I’ve applied in real-world projects such as the $36M JSW-MG Motors JV CAPEX and wind turbine sector expansion. These experiences have strengthened my passion for leveraging financial acumen to drive strategic decisions and long-term business growth. I am excited about the opportunity to integrate my engineering background with advanced financial strategies, positioning myself to contribute effectively to the finance industry’s evolving landscape.
