Graduate from a Nursing program seeking an opportunity to provide nursing care to clients of various needs through the use of health promotion strategies. Smoothly deliver comprehensive patient care and dedicated to provide top quality care within multidisciplinary team. My experiences have given me opportunities to work directly with a diverse patient population including adult health, acute care, and geriatrics. I am a keen learner and a strong leader. Additionally, I am well equipped with the nursing knowledge and skills. In regards to my field placements, I have developed professional competencies within the areas of Oncology, Complex Continuing Care, Long Term Care, Palliative, Rehabilitative, general surgery, and health education. In collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, I employed evidence-based practice, provided patient and family-centred care, and applied improvements to my nursing care. I am able to assess and determine clients’ needs for intervention and delivery of adequate care. Furthermore, I have obtained the knowledge, skills, and judgment that would be an asset to the healthcare team. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable individual with a willingness to acquire new ideas. My planning and time management skills will allow me to prioritize and balance my personal and professional responsibilities at hand. Also, I can successfully work independently and within a team to complete tasks in an organized manner. Past employers, preceptors, and colleagues will say that I excel at building healthy professional relationships. I am confident that my knowledge, skills, and experiences will allow me to make necessary contributions to the care of clients within various health organizations. I am very excited to begin my career in Nursing!
