About Harvey Simpson

Harvey is used to working on the cutting edge of HR and IT. He is an Project Manager with hands-on HR-IT experience and is able to communicate with various stakeholders. He finds it important to motivate others and to achieve the desired end result with all involved parties. Harvey has participated in several HR project as Project Manager in the private and public sector projects. In addition to the implementation of HR systems Harvey has advised customers about HR transformation and everything that comes with it. Due to experience he has gained in running projects, Harvey has the abilities to achieve project objectives and milestones on time and within budget. Harvey graduated in the study Human Resources. He attended at the college Inholland. He started his career as a HR consultant in and has been a consultant at CGI since May 2001. For Logica he has done several implementations for large and smaller customers of the HR applications PMS-Payfact and MyBenefits. In 2005 Harvey made a career move to SAP. Since that time he has worked on several SAP projects, with an specialization in HR Self Services (ESS/MSS) and (HR) Shared Services Centers. In Dec 2015 Harvey Started at Accenture as manager Workday where he is responsible for the delivery of Workday HCM projects to Accenture clients. During his career he has had a diversity of roles ranging from consultant to project manager and business consultant. Harvey has profound knowledge of HR transformation programs and HR Cloud / Saas Solution Like Workday and SuccessFactors.
