About Hasan Alam

I'm passionate about building network infrastructure. No application, no cloud, no AI works without the infrastructure it runs on. Over the years I have been fortunate to contribute to some of the most critical and complex technical and civil infrastructure build projects in telecom industry, from rooftop installations and tower builds to advanced In-Building DAS systems. I have been in the industry long enough to see a transition from Ericsson to Huawei and then again back from Huawei to Ericsson, Samsung Networks and now to O-RAN. I was also at the forefront of deploying the first transition from T-RAN to O-RAN sites incorporating BMI radios, HP Servers and a Juniper CHR replacing traditional BBU architectures. In addition to planning and executing network implementations, I excel in vendor coordination and managing enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce to optimize projects financials and inventory systems. Whether working independently or within a team, I am committed to delivering impactful solutions and supporting the overall growth of the organization.
