As an Maintenance supervisor at Al Fattan Properties, I manage and maintain the facilities of various residential and commercial buildings and villa's, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and customer satisfaction. I have successfully completed several projects involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems, delivering high-quality results within budget and time constraints. I hold a diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering,under Electrical department from DOTE University,where I gained strong technical and analytical skills,as well as a passion for innovation and excellence.I apply these skills to my current role, where I constantly seek to improve the efficiency and performance of the facilities I oversee, as well as to solve any problems that arise. I also value teamwork and collaboration, as I work with various stakeholders contractors, and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for the company and the clients.
