Since 2001, Hasani has delivered hundreds of homes, townhouses, and condos across Chicagoland — from La Grange to the South Side, including Bronzeville and Woodlawn. His portfolio spans historic renovations, multi-phase developments, and ground-up new construction. His work has earned Good Neighbor Awards, the Bruce Abrams Award for design excellence, and RE/MAX’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Recognized by the Obama Foundation for his neighborhood leadership, Hasani spoke during the Chicago Zoning Hearing in support of bringing the Obama Presidential Center to Woodlawn.
