Preparation of design and process documentation for new products and parts such as DMR (Device Manufacturing Record), MVP (Master Validation Plan), MVR (Master Validation Report), Procurement Specifications for custom parts, Assembly Documents, NPI Process-Flow Guidance etc. Provide supervision and training to the operators for the Manual Assembly process with the aid of the Assembly guidelines developed for the product. Displayed competencies in managing process/manufacturing activities for product enhancements, as well as coordinating with customers for finalizing the requirements/process. Experience in medical and industrial products providing project management, project proposal, design proposal, critical assessment skills, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing-costing and estimation. Good knowledge of Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Process Control Plan (PCP) for new products; based on the Critical to Quality (CTQs) and auditing the process by using the Control Plan. Good knowledge of Kaizen, Kanban, 5s, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and Continuous flow manufacturing (CFM). Perform First Article Inspection and provide approvals for all Engg: clarifications. Manage and Maintain Bill of Materials for PCBA’s and System Level Assemblies. Active involvement in the RFQ submission to the Customer.
