About Hasna Lucida

I have experience as an auditor at EY Indonesia - KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro, & Surja for three years. Being part of the Assurance Division of EY Indonesia increased my knowledge of accounting and auditing accelerately. Not only accounting and auditing, but also sharpening my emotional intelligence, my way of thinking to be more critical, how to communicate with clients so my points can be received well, working with a team, and time management, those all have experienced significant developments to my self. After being an auditor for 3 years, I passed the recruitment of BPS Pertamina Group 2022 and was placed at PT Perta Arun Gas as an Analyst Budget Planning & Control. My responsibilities were preparing financial reports, budget prognosis reports, monthly management reports, annual reports, sustainability reports, and other activities related to the Company’s financial flows. After being part of finance for 1 year in PT Perta Arun Gas, in 2023 I was selected by PT Pertamina (Persero) for On Job Development Pool HSSE Officer Program with 29 other employees, based on assessment of order to comply and have a courage to express opinions. After OJD for 3 months, I was trusted to become a Supervisor District HSE at PT Pertamina Gas. Last year (2024), I have completed my "Ak" studies with a GPA of 4 out of 4 and received "Best Graduate I am currently on my way to getting CA and CPA certification. In March 2025, I was transferred from a Supervisor District HSE to a Quality Management Officer which is still in PT Pertamina Gas.
