With over a decade of experience across agency, startup, political, B2C and B2B enterprise environments, I’ve consistently driven growth by turning complex challenges into strategic, data-backed solutions that deliver measurable results. At Market One, I helped scale the company from a boutique agency into a national media and investor marketing platform. As Chief Operating Officer (promoted from VP of Marketing), I led cross-functional teams across marketing, production, and sales — overseeing 500+ investor-focused campaigns and helping generate over $80M in revenue. I introduced full-funnel lead generation programs, restructured internal workflows, and helped land key partnerships with major stock exchanges, media outlets, and public companies across North America. Earlier in my career, I worked in early-stage tech, including at a machine learning publication startup that was acquired by Kobo, where I helped build marketing foundations and scale user acquisition. I also led a winning political campaign as Campaign Manager to Sam Sullivan, former Mayor of Vancouver and MLA of Vancouver False Creek, during the 2017 BC Provincial Election; a role that sharpened my skills in communication strategy, stakeholder management, and execution under pressure. In addition to operating roles, I’m also an active investor and advisor to early-stage, high-growth companies in tech, media, and consumer sectors. I work closely with leadership teams to accelerate growth and navigate scaling challenges.
