Holding a Master's in Business Administration and Management, and currently pursuing a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Hassan leverages his extensive military background and over 20 years of experience in border management, andragogy, and digital transformation. Hassan served at the Training Institute on Migration Capacity Partnership for the Mediterranean, where he designed, delivered, and evaluated training programs. As an expert on document security and an authorised trainer for multiple courses, he has extensive experience in capacity development and partnerships, covering critical areas such as leadership, border investigation, training of trainers, and training needs analysis. As a certified ISO auditor, his commitment to quality assurance is exemplified by his successful oversight and implementation of multiple ISO standards. Currently, Hassan is at the forefront of conceptualising and coordinating modernisation initiatives in the Mediterranean region and beyond. His dedication to integrating innovative solutions has significantly boosted productivity and streamlined operational efficiency across numerous projects and departments.
