Through my experience in the content, retail, customer service and hospitality sector, I’ve worked in a variety of fast-paced environments, where I have been able to develop my communication skills and have learned the importance of organisation, responsibility, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure. Key responsibilities and roles have included the management of company website and Etsy Storefront, customer service, events and quality assurance. I am driven and enthusiastic and will always think creatively when problem solving. With strong attention to detail and determination, I am not afraid to get stuck in and put in the hard work, whatever the challenge. I do not shy away from hard work and through numerous roles, I have acquired a great deal of skills that have encouraged me to build strong relationships with team members, clients and customers.
