About Hatim Kara

For the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Constructor University, leading campus operations and connecting with a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff. During this time, I’ve been deeply involved in everything from event management and policy development to crisis management and community building. Now, I’m excited to apply my skills in Project Management and People Operations to a new challenge. My focus is on building efficient teams, managing complex projects, and always keeping people at the heart of what I do. I'm currently working toward earning my Google Project Management Certificate, and I’m eager to dive deeper into process optimization and team dynamics. I’m passionate about building inclusive environments where everyone has the chance to thrive, the vision is to contribute to teams and organizations where inclusive leadership and innovation go hand in hand, creating an environment where both people and business thrive. If you're working on innovative projects or building teams that value collaboration and growth, I’d love to connect!
