About Hatim Yassine

I am a Masters educated Operations Management professional who has dedicated the last few years to continually developing my skills and knowledge to provide quality management and leadership. I have a broad background of knowledge including economics, management and marketing. These disciplines have enabled me to gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of an organisation's operations and the ability to adapt quickly to changes and challenges. I am responsible for leading and coordinating teams, setting tasks and ensuring that team members deliver on time. By working with different departments and teams, I was able to successfully drive the company's projects and achieve impressive results. I also led a team during my fellowship where we worked together on a major research project. In the process, I fostered a spirit of co-operation amongst staff and ensured that the team delivered on time and to a high quality. I also learnt to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders and adapt accordingly to their needs. As a leader, I am very focused on the development of my team and the personal growth of my members. I have been committed to providing ongoing training and mentoring to help team members reach their potential and align with the organisation's goals
