I have a passion for HR, Change management and Communication. I believe that with the right approach, an agile plan and a lot of enthusiasm you can take anyone on a journey to discover new things, reach new goals and transcend themselves. If you want to truly understand something, try to change it-Kurt Lewin- The past 10 years I've built an expertise in two main domains. Besides a solid theoretical knowledge of Change management, my practical expertise in Change & Communication management is mainly oriented on (internal) digital communication, collaboration and (online) community management. My expertise in HR management is focused on creating a future proof workforce with the necessary (digital) skills and right mindset. Adding my common sense, broad interest, my enthusiasm and my love for giving presentations, hold brainstorms and workshops and you get a Pi-shaped profile which is employable in different domains.
