With 20 years of experience in the garden tools industry, I am a seasoned Product Manager specializing in developing and exporting a wide range of gardening tools and accessories. My expertise encompasses digging and planting tools, hedge shears, pruning shears, pruning saws, scissors, rakes, yard cleaning tools, and watering and irrigation systems. At ZHEJIANG LONGYOU HUIYANG FOREIGN TRADE CO, LTD,we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, durable, and innovative products that cater to both professional gardeners and hobbyists. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the global market. Early in my career, I encountered a customer who was struggling to find reliable pruning shears that could withstand heavy use. This client was a small business owner, deeply passionate about gardening but frustrated with the frequent need to replace tools. I took this as a personal challenge and worked closely with our design team to develop a line of pruning shears that combined precision, durability, and comfort. The success of this product not only solved the customer’s problem but also taught me the importance of listening to customer feedback and continuously innovating. This experience has been a cornerstone of my approach to product development, ensuring that every tool we create meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
