About Haven Barbieri

I’m a results-driven operations leader with over two decades of experience guiding cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. My journey began in the life sciences industry, where I developed a deep appreciation for process rigor and scientific innovation. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned into the tech sector, bringing with me a strong foundation in program management and a passion for cross-functional collaboration. Today, I lead Federal Business Operations at Presidio, where I’m passionate about creating efficiencies, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable impact. What energizes me most is the magic that happens when teams across departments unite around a shared goal. Operations is where that magic comes to life and I’m proud to be part of it. Transitioning into a new industry taught me the power of critical thinking, relationship-building, and listening deeply. These skills continue to shape my leadership style and fuel my growth. I’m curious by nature and always eager to understand the technical solutions we build to solve complex customer needs. I believe that strong teams, thoughtful leadership, and a culture of trust are the foundation of success and I’m grateful to contribute to that every day.
