Real change happens when we shift the systems that shape it. I’m drawn to organizations and roles that call for systems leadership — designing solutions, building partnerships, and scaling technologies that tackle root causes head-on. For over 20 years, I’ve led teams and partnerships that solve complex environmental, economic and social challenges — from scaling regenerative agriculture practices and strengthening food supply chains to designing frameworks that turn bold sustainability visions into measurable results. My sweet spot is connecting the dots between root-cause analysis, stakeholder alignment, and execution — and then telling the impact story in a way that inspires action. Now, I’m transitioning from a career in international development into sustainability, with a focus on agriculture and food sector transformation. Along the way, I’ve added Generative AI fluency to my toolkit, helping teams redesign workflows and innovate faster. Highlights of my work include: Co-designed and launched partnership fund management and impact reporting guidance across a global portfolio of $300M and 32 project teams. Managed $50M+ in global corporate (Corteva, Mars, John Deere), government, and NGO partnerships to advance sustainability goals. Generated $250M+ in new revenue by leading business growth, investment strategies, and global partnerships in emerging markets Delivered leadership and capacity-building programs for 800+ global employees, helping achieve a #1 U.S. workplace ranking (Top Workplaces USA, 2024 & 2025). Beyond my professional life, I’m still chasing the thrill of competition — whether that’s on the tennis court (as a former D1 college player), cheering for my son on the soccer sidelines, or planning our next family adventure.
