About Hayden Allen

In my current role (Director- Customer Operations), I am the liaison between Unifi and it's airline partners across our network of 200+ airports. I currently work closely with two main customers Delta Air Lines & Amazon. The Delta portfolio is ~$500+ million in yearly operating revenue, across ~140+ airports, and 6 different lines of service (customer service, ramp operations, cabin cleaning, cargo, janitorial, & wheelchair/passenger assistance). I work to build and maintain effective relationships between key business partners/accounts, operational leaders, and corporate support divisions in the interest of meeting and exceeding KPIs/service level agreements. Responsibilities include but not limited to operational performance excellence through SLAs/KPIs (service delivery), facilitating executive QBRs/MPRs, operational/safety process improvement, labor solutions/planning, pricing/contract strategy, new business development and financial (PnL) strategy. I capture customer needs/expectations and work closely with internal executive leaders as well as internal corporate support divisions across the network to improve upon service level agreements.
