About Hayden Biddick

Having spent 4+ years within the estimating and quantity surveying industry I have learned much about cost management and control of construction projects. Monitoring and managing the cost of construction projects, identifying cost savings opportunities, and managing variations and accurately measuring and estimating the quantity of materials required for construction projects. I can proficiently analyse and interpret diverse architectural plans, encompassing conceptual, preliminary, pre-consent, and consent stages, as well as intricate technical documentation, such as soil reports and engineer designs, essential for construction projects. Managing aspects of construction projects, including resource allocation, and coordination with other stakeholders. Additionally, proficiently creating addendums and interpreting pertinent changes to project scope and specifications, as well as reading and incorporating addendums to ensure seamless project delivery. Esports, gaming and science are my outside of work passions. Networking and working with others that share these passions is an awesome feeling as it can lead to building new pathways. Show the world you're not wasting their time and grow to see your goals achieved.
