I have an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, and I graduated in May 2023. I have over four years of work experience in various customer service and retail roles, such as Office Manager at ConnectWise, Customer Service Staff at Publix Super Markets, and Crew Trainer at McDonald's. I have developed strong skills in cash handling, customer service, retail, and communication, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am passionate about helping customers find the best solutions for their needs, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a self-starter.
