As an engineering leader with over 8 years of experience in the heavy manufacturing industry—specifically within mobile cranes and rail trucks—I’ve built my career on driving innovation, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering results from concept to production. Starting as a manufacturing engineer and progressing through roles in quality and design, I’ve grown into senior leadership positions, including Lead Design Engineer, Senior Project Manager, and, currently, Engineering Manager. In my current role, I oversee two dynamic engineering teams responsible for supporting over $100 million in annual production revenue. I’m passionate about developing talent, streamlining processes, and leading complex new product development initiatives. Whether it’s launching new equipment or improving engineering workflows, I’m driven by the challenge of turning ideas into impactful, scalable solutions.
