About Hayden Olberding

I make it my goal to do everything in my power to do right by my customers. I prioritize clear, concise, and direct communication combined with timely service in order to serve my customers. Partnering with Ecolab gave me a strong desire to do what’s right — ensuring my people get my 100%. Working with my customers every day, solving issues from payments to logistics, dish machines to dispensers, has given me worlds of insight into how my positive behavior can completely direct our outlooks on a bad situation, and take a good out look and drive it to excellence. This is what I enjoy the most. I've worked for the student publication at the University of Southern Indiana called the Shield for two years. Over this time, I've been a writer, social media manager, digital editor and editor-in-chief where I learned how to lead a team and deal with adversity on a daily basis, keeping up communication inside the team and with external sources. No matter what I do — my goal is persistent joy and a constant strife to be a light to anyone who’s around me.
