About Hayden Pemberton

I have a wide range of experience working in three countries, on numerous cable types and other H/V and L/V equipment in the DNO and private sector. I am fully qualified from live LV up to 33kv with experience on 66kv cables also. I am a committed and skilled professional with a emphasis on safety and completion of the highest standard of work delivered on time and in budget.I spent 5 years gaining experience in the renewables sector across England and Wales, but primarily based in Scotland. This role allowed me to be involved in all aspects of windfarm, anaerobic digestion and hydro electricity generation. My roles included cable laying, testing, jointing and terminations. I followed this with a move back into a more varied role covering a wider range of jointing methods in the DNO sector based in Aberdeen, Scotland. In February 2021 I returned home to New Zealand with my partner where I am employed by Connetics, who provide services to Orion, the largest network owner in the Canterbury region, my role includes all aspects of cable jointing from LV to 11KV, this incorporates the running of jobs, supervision of apprentices and liaising with project managers and clients.
