Hayden has extensive experience within the investment industry and advanced knowledge of investment strategies. In the summer of 2021, he got his start by interning with Harbor Group International doing research on the U.S. multifamily market. During his time at ST & T, Hayden crafted multiple $200 million portfolios of cash-flowing investment properties providing above average returns to investors while keeping their principal as safe as possible. During his time at Empire, he successfully closed on a $20M land acquisition, with a total project value expected to exceed $450M.
