As an expert in AML/ATF, Sanctions/ABAC matters, I am devoted to supporting our business from within. My responsibilities cover end-to-end investigations, providing recommendations on ANL/BSA Sanctions and ABAC investigations, as well as supporting and comprehending all aspects of risk identification, analysis, and mitigation following regulatory requirements and industry best practices. I am required to promptly respond to any AML, Sanctions/ABAC queries and escalate sensitive issues to senior management. I provide trend analysis and reporting to help the organization make informed decisions. I help the operational function develop, draft, and maintain policies and procedures, and complete filings and/or reporting to regulators and/or law enforcement agencies for review and approval. As a subject matter expert, I work on important projects that require a deep understanding of various products, services, processes, procedures, systems, and concepts. I am also responsible for reviewing emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess their potential impacts. My key priorities are to protect the organization's interests, manage risks, raise non-standard and high-risk transactions/activities, and follow applicable internal and external audit and regulatory requirements. I participate fully as a team member to support a positive work environment and represent TD as a project lead when required with cross-functional teams and external partners.
