My superpower is getting everyone moving in the same direction. I’m passionate about improving the lives of Albertans by bringing people and perspectives together to drive meaningful change. With over a decade of experience helping organizations turn strategy into action, I lead the Corporate Strategy & Market Development portfolio at Alberta Blue Cross. My focus is on advancing the future of health coverage and care in Alberta through strategic planning and market expansion. Previously, I spent seven years as a management consultant with EY, working with public and private sector leaders to tackle complex challenges. I led projects that improved regional mobility, streamlined government services, enhanced healthcare collaboration, strengthened Indigenous consultation, and supported major organizational transformations. At my core, I love solving problems that make life better. I’m committed to working with partners across the health ecosystem to drive innovation and bring impactful solutions to market.
