I am a MRICS qualified Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer currently working at Aitchison Raffety. With expertise in RICS-compliant property valuation services, I specialise in providing accurate valuations for both single properties and large portfolios. At Aitchison Raffety, we are committed to delivering reliable, robust, and high-quality valuation products to our clients. I advise on a broad spectrum of commercial, residential and development assets throughout the North of England. Valuations are undertaken primarily for secured lending purposes. However, I also advise private clients, solicitors, financial organisations and developers. Leveraging the market knowledge offered by our national network of offices and external data resources, I ensure that my valuations are fully informed and supported. I hold a 1st class degree in Real Estate from Northumbria University, where I also gained valuable industry experience during a placement at Sanderson Weatherall. Prior to my university education, I attended Barnard Castle School. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional valuation services and contributing to the success of my clients and organisation.
