About Hayley Bry

I’m a healthcare project manager passionate about integrating technology into clinical systems to improve care delivery at scale. With experience across academic, public health, and hospital settings, I’ve led implementation initiatives, optimized EHR workflows, and partnered with cross-functional teams to bring system-level improvements to life. My work has included implementing NIH-funded programs across LA County hospitals, managing Epic-integrated research projects at UCLA, and supporting clinician training on documentation best practices. I’m currently completing Epic certification through UCLA sponsorship. I’m especially passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology—using systems thinking, data, and thoughtful design to solve complex problems. At the core of everything I do is a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes. I’m energized by roles that allow me to bridge operational needs with innovative solutions, and I’m always excited to connect with others working to transform care through technology.
