About Hayley Kellar

Board Certified Behavior Analyst committed to to delivering high-quality behavioral interventions that are socially significant to the individual’s life. I have over 2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in settings, such as school, clinic, and in-home. I have gained hands on experience working with individuals ages 2 to 21 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). My responsibilities included implementing behavior intervention plans, recording and collecting data on the clients’ behavior, and utilizing discrete trial training. I collaborated with other interdisciplinary professionals, such as Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, regarding my clients. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I assisted in updating clients’ programs and completing assessments utilizing evidence-based practices.
