I’m a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital – Organization & Workforce Transformation practice where I help organizations navigate complex change by aligning people, processes, and technology. My work focuses on enabling transformation that sticks; grounded in strategy, accelerated by digital, and sustained by culture and people. With 5+ years of consulting experience, I’ve led and supported enterprise-wide initiatives across Mid-Market, Consumer, Manufacturing industries and the Public Sector, delivering solutions that drive adoption, build resilience, and improve the employee experience. I specialize in organizational transformation, change management, and digital enablement, with a passion for shaping people-centered strategies that unlock lasting value. I've managed, led and implemented full end-to-end Change Management programs for large technology transformations including SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, Tango, Oracle, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Workday. My foundation in Marketing (BComm – Dalhousie University) and Psychology/Sociology (BA – St. Francis Xavier University) gives me a unique lens on human behavior; how people think, engage, and adapt within transformations and change. Prior to consulting, I built strong communication, stakeholder, and sales skills through hands-on experience in marketing and client service roles. I’m passionate about helping people thrive through change and empowering organizations to make that possible.
