About Hayley Markou
I am a University of Illinois alum with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. My undergraduate studies provided me with a great understanding of how people communicate across various contexts, cultures, channels and media. This skill set has helped me tremendously in my work at Campus Recreation as I have navigated through various customer service roles whilst serving a diverse student body. In my current position as a Graduate Intern, I assist in the onboarding process of part-time staff and work directly with professional staff to create a cohesive and organized Member Services operation.
