About Hayley Sanchez

I used to be a photographer for the Walt Disney Company and at the time, it was a dream come true. Getting to work for a company that I idealized and doing something that I thoroughly enjoy right after college was more than I could have asked for. After being with the company for over a year, the pandemic had other ideas for my future and that’s how I found FanDuel Sportsbook. Joining as a Customer Operations Agent, I did not know where I wanted to go from there or what my next steps were going to be. While being an agent I learned I had a knack for investigating and learning the whole truth. This lead me to joining FanDuel’s Legal and Lobbying team on State Regulatory dealing with escalated customer complaints and regulatory requests. Since joining the team, the values I’ve learned and the tools I will be able to carry with me are invaluable. Being constantly challenged to be the best very unique to the workplace.
