As a PHR-certified HR professional with a strong foundation in organizational development and operations, I bring hands-on experience in optimizing HR processes, managing change, and supporting employee success. In my current role as HR Operations Specialist at Educated Solutions Corp, I work closely with internal teams and external clients to streamline HR workflows, enhance onboarding, and support business growth through people-first strategies. Previously, as the Organizational Development Lead at InCheck, I led initiatives that improved employee engagement, professional development, and remote team connection. Key accomplishments included: Overhauling departmental documentation and training for improved clarity and efficiency. Designing and implementing a more structured and impactful new hire onboarding experience. Leading programs that fostered collaboration and employee growth in a distributed work environment. I hold both the APTD and PHR certifications, and I’m committed to continuous growth in the HR field—especially in the areas of operations, strategy, and learning & development. I recently relocated to White House, TN and am exploring new opportunities in the Greater Nashville Area. I'm especially interested in roles that allow me to drive meaningful HR initiatives and contribute to strong, values-driven workplace cultures.
