Hayley is a highly skilled neuroscientist who received her PHD in Cellular Neuroscience and Electrophysiology from the University of Cape Town, after completing her Masters in the effect of developmental stress on Parkinson's disease in a rat model, and Undergraduate Degree in Human Bioscience (majoring in Physiology and Psychology). Hayley is currently working as a science communications officer at the University of Cape Town's Neuroscience Institute, where she is responsible for communicating the latest research in terms we can all understand.
