What I Do: I'm passionate about educating and inspiring people that want to build a successful recruitment career. Having 10yrs + in the recruitment game, I've experienced it all - the high, the lows and everything in between. I believe that my background as a recruiter gives me an edge, which allows me to work very closely with sales teams, teaching them to build daily habits in order to master consistency which is the key to success. It's my mission to ensure everyone is equipped with the best tools, techniques and more importantly the mindset needed, in order to thrive. Did I mention relationships are key. Especially in such a competitive landscape, which is why I'll educate and encourage people on how to build a community, through adopting more of a content led approach, allowing you to really nurture your customers and set you apart.
