About Hayley Warner

I am a results-driven sales and customer service professional with over 10 years of experience, including 5 years specialising in business development, client relationship management, and strategic operations. My career has spanned both B2B and B2C sectors, where I’ve consistently delivered strong sales growth, built lasting client partnerships, and driven operational improvements. In my current role as Sales Team Lead at Cyd Innovation, I lead client engagement, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to support revenue growth and strengthen the company’s market presence. I also play an active role in marketing initiatives and help facilitate internal meetings to ensure team alignment and shared focus. I take pride in building trusted relationships, streamlining processes, and staying adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments. Whether developing new partnerships, supporting the team, or navigating complex challenges, I always bring a proactive, people-focused approach.
