Having built and now leading the Schulte Group’s venture capital division, focused on investments in the maritime and logistics sectors, I combine financial expertise with entrepreneurial experience and a passion for driving innovation. In my current role, I actively seek new opportunities and manage a diverse portfolio of startups, providing strategic guidance and leading turnaround efforts to ensure sustainable growth and value creation. With a strong entrepreneurial background, I have founded and scaled two businesses in East Africa within the production sector, one of which I exited successfully. This experience has given me a deep understanding of emerging markets and the complexities of scaling operations in dynamic environments. In addition to my investment work, I mentor early-stage startups, helping them navigate growth challenges, refine business models, and secure funding. This hands-on involvement enables me to guide companies toward success.
