My tenure at Google has been a milestone in my career, providing me with invaluable experience across account management, strategy, and programmatic advertising. I've had the privilege of leading client meetings and managing campaigns with Google Ad Manager for clients like Gannett, Vox Media, The New York Times, and Accuweather while working on the News & Information Team. I've also refined my expertise in product marketing management, copy writing, trend analysis, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration as part of the Doodles and Brand Studio teams. But my journey didn’t start at Google! I’ve worn many hats, including roles at Sprint, Epidemic Sound, and even a fulfilling and heartwarming role as a first-grade teacher. Additionally, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to my own beauty business, ByShaday; where my love for marketing, social media and content creation really came to shine. These diverse experiences allowed me to develop a range of transferable skills such as leadership, adaptability, project management, communication, and problem-solving—each of which has been essential in navigating the fast-paced marketing and advertising landscape. These roles have shaped my ability to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and execute strategic initiatives that drive impactful results. I believe that all of these roles, along with my persistence and determination to achieve my career goals, have ultimately led me to working at Google. I continue to draw on the lessons learned from my past experiences and the wisdom of those who came before me, applying them to shape my future and continually improve. My passion for helping others and addressing their needs in ways that best serve their interests has seamlessly translated into the marketing world, enabling me to create strategies that resonate with audiences and deliver meaningful results.
