A creative and enthusiastic Food Scientist and Product Developer whose life revolves around food. particularly chocolate and beverages! • I have 10+ years of Product Development and Trouble Shooting experience across a broad range of food products. In my current role as Liquid Development Manager at Fever-Tree I am working on the development of premium soft drinks and mixers from concept to launch. • I created Taste With Colour®: The Chocolate Tasting Flavour Map as a simple and approachable tool to help chocolate tasters of all levels to identify flavours in chocolate through colour. I now teach tasting and painting workshops to chocolate consumers across the world (UK, USA, Netherlands, UAE, Thailand, Brazil, Grenada, Peru and Costa Rica!). Taste With Colour is available in 9 languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Thai, German, Hungarian, Russian, and French. • I have been a judge for the Academy of Chocolate Awards since 2015, including Grand Jury Finals for both Bean to Bar, Hot Chocolate, Spreads and Filled Chocolate categories. I have also judged the Great Taste Awards, Northwest Chocolate Awards, Premio Bean To Bar Brasil, and Dominican Republic Chocolate Awards. • I completed the WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines and WSET® Level 2 Award in Spirits and have a passion for tasting wines and spirits in my free time.
