I have a master's degree in business administration and a strong background in accounting, finance, and tax credits. As a multifamily underwriter at Freddie Mac, I work with a diverse and talented team to evaluate and approve loan applications, conduct due diligence, and monitor portfolio performance. In my current role, I leverage my expertise in Affordable Housing, especially the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTCP), to underwrite complex and innovative deals that support the development and preservation of affordable rental housing across the country. I also use my analytical and spreadsheet skills to review financial statements, market studies, appraisals, and other documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. Additionally, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as lenders, developers, syndicators, and regulators, to facilitate smooth and timely transactions and foster strong relationships.
