A bit about me Hi I'm Hazel - an ADHD-er diagnosed at the age of 37 and on a journey of leaning more into my intuition, letting go of *shoulds* and working in a way that feels more flowy and fun. Oh and being kinder to myself. And I help other creative, world-changing humans do this too :) Come hang out with me on The Scary Goals Club podcast where each week I give blend mindset tools, neuroscience, manifestation and personal stories to think bigger, be bolder and make the impact you know you want to make. In a way that feels fun and flowy. I’ve also planned and executed expeditions to remote parts of the world such as Alaska and the Arctic, all to raise awareness of key issues, including how a changing climate is affecting the environment, wildlife and people that live in these places. And I'm so passionate about reconnecting with nature, stepping away from consumerism and old ways of doing things (that, let's be honest aren't good for us or the planet) and living in a way that feels way more grounding, energising and fun. And I'm on a mission to help businesses support neurodivergent employees and all employees work in a way that feels right for them. Because when we work in a way that lights us up and helps us tap into our innovation and creativity that's when the magic, world-changing work truly happens. And sometimes that means working in a different way. Before co-founding Everyday Impact I worked for over 11 years as an experienced advisor and senior consultant in the low carbon energy and sustainability sector, with a track record of delivering successful funding bids and leading international teams to deliver highly-integrated multi-million pound projects.
