I am a registered patent attorney, and I counsel clients in all areas of intellectual property, with a special emphasis on patent prosecution and AIA trials (IPRs, PGRs, and CBMs). I have drafted hundreds of patent applications across a broad swatch of technologies, but specialize in material science, environmental, and software/internet-related patents. I have obtained numerous U.S. and foreign patents for clients. I am also an expert in U.S. AIA Trials, having been counsel in over 100 inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trials and Appeals Board (PTAB).
