I’m a seasoned procurement and sourcing professional with over a 15 years of experience driving efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth in dynamic environments. Currently, as the Purchasing Division Director for the County of Roanoke (since 2017), I lead county-wide procurement efforts, ensuring everything from policy compliance to vendor negotiations runs smoothly. I oversee a talented team, manage high-stakes solicitations, and spearhead special projects that keep our operations agile and effective. It’s all about building systems that deliver value—while keeping quality and accountability front and center. I hold a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), where I learned the foundations of leadership and problem-solving that I still lean on today. Outside of work, you’ll find me soaking up the outdoors—hiking, exploring, or just breathing in the fresh air. I also dabble in content creation, blending my analytical side with a creative spark to tell stories or share insights.
